Dashboard plug was created by stan73
Dear all,
I start conversation of my USA instrument cluster yesterday.
During removing it from dashboard one plug (I believe it is plug for tachometer) falling apart.
So, I'm not sure which pin where goes.
Please check attached pictures and give me solution how to connect those pins.
Best Regards
Stan

Hi Stan,
this is what we call Revolution counter or you Tachometer plug. gn/ye goes to TD and rd/bk to + (15). Be very careful that red/yellow single connector for clock does not touch Tachometer housing. Otherwise you have a shortcut and miss ground from Speedometer to Tachometer and Instruments. This single connectors housing often tears and then this contact touches Tachometer housing very easily.

Dear,
thanks for quick reply.
I know that red/yellow cable is giving permanent supply for clock and took measure.
One pins has two cables red/black and blue/black, second pin green/yellow.
According your explanation pins should be connected like this ?
