Jim did a full restore of his car and of course he did not like his sun visors to be old bumpy style. They needed an overhaul to make them look great again. Buying new sun visors was too easy. Being a self-made man Jim restored them.
My passenger sun visor rattled (the mirror rattling against internal card) and both the passenger and driver visor looked poor, so I watched a couple of youtube videos and started the repairs. I used a different method to the videos and think I have improved results.
The padding had disintegrated and the mirror is pitted.
