Hallo Stefan!
20 Liter bei normal langsamen Fahrweise.
Der Auspuff hat nur einen Mitteltopf und Endtopf, sonnst kann ich nichts erkennen.
Wie schaut ein ungeregelter Kat überhaupt aus?

Die ungeregelte Kats sitzen mMn ziemlich dicht am Motor, zwischen Abgassammelrohr und „Zusammenführung“ der beiden Abgasfluten. Bei meinem ist da nix mehr, nur gerade Rohrstücke.
20 Liter wären ja schon recht viel … fährst du auch mal Überland, also längere Strecken mit mäßigem Tempo (80-110 km/h)? Wie lange hast du den Wagen, wieviele Tankfüllungen hast du schon verbraucht um so den Verbrauch zu ermitteln? Eine oder zwei reichen da keinesfalls.

Ja Stefan hast recht, ich habe ihn noch nicht so lange, seit letzten Herbs.
Habe bis jtzt nur zwei Tankfüllungen verbraucht, alles kürzere Strecken die ich gefahren bin.
Aber für meine Begrife und den Verbrauch von 20 Liter ist er schon sehr lahm.

Wegen dem Kat muss ich noch nachschauen.
Also zwischen Motor und dem Auspuff, links und rechts vor dem Auspuff.

Dat is kein Rennwagen, mit was vergleichst du ihn, dass er dir lahm vorkommt? Spritverbrauch ist zu hoch. Zündanlage checken, Falschluft prüfen, Einspritzventile ebenfalls. Falschluft? Co? Kurzstreckenverkehr? Dann sind 20L möglich oder Autobahn Bleifuß! Wenn auf Landstraße gefahren ist es zu viel. Ist eben ein 8 Zylinder mit 4,5 L Hubraum. Ob lahm oder nicht, einen Schluck mehr muss man da immer einplanen. Freu dich, dass es kein Ami V8 mit Vergaser ist

Hallo,
danke für euere Beiträge.
Der Motor läuft für meine Begrife nicht unrund, er zieht  nur nicht so richtig.
Einmall auf die Autobahn fahren habe ich auch vor um richtig Gas zu geben.
Angeblich soll er auch in Kalifornien länger gestanden haben.
Motor auf Falschluft kann ich ja mit Startpilot selber kontrollieren, aber wie soll ich die 
Einspritzventile überprüfen?

Hallo,
ich habe meinen Tank beim wechseln der Dichtung vom Tankgeber mit überprüft. Der Tank war fast voll und es war nicht hinderlich. Der Tankgeber ist an der Oberkante vom Tank, Zugang über die weiße Abdeckung in der Mitte vom Verdeckkasten.

Kommt man eigentlich auch über den Tankstutzen mit einer Sonde rein? Der Wagen wurde mit fast leerem Tank angeliefert,  eine gute Gelegenheit zum Prüfen. Metalltanks sind schon Mist. Wurde wahrscheinlich seit 1971 nicht geändert.

...der Tank muss nicht unbedingt fast leer sein, Benzin ist durchsichtig normalerweise !

Über die Tankgeberöffnung zu kontrollieren ist einfacher als mit einem Endoskop!

Hallo Christian,
sobald ich das Auto nach dem Winterschlaf aus der Garage fahre werde ich
den Tank auf Roststellen und Motorbereich auf Undichtheit überprüfen.
Die Einspritzdüsen kann man nur auf Teststand überprüfen, oder?

…prüfen ist teurer als neue Düsen, wenn man es nicht selber kann !

Also mach gleich neue rein, aber erst wenn du sicher bist, dass kein Rost im System ist !
