Das schönste wäre das Loch zu schweissen, schwierig da die Wanddicke ganz klein ist.
Vielleicht hat jemand davon Erfahrung.

gut das es geholfen hat.
Nur der Richtigkeit:
Was du gemacht hast, ist kein Hartlöten.
Es wird unter dem Begriff Weichlöten mit einem Bleilot mit Flußmittel als Seele.
Für dünne Materialien Kupfer, Messing, Eisen natürlich hilfreich.

Das Material war knallhart. Das Loch war klein, so 5x5 mm. Die Definition Hartlöten sagt >= 450 Grad C.
Der Dremel mit "soldering tip" kann 550 Grad erreichen.
Ein schönes Erlebnis.

1) Genau welche Funktion das Rohr (Bild 1) hat, fliesst da Wasser ?

die Eingangsseite (inlet manifold) passiert um es zu wärmen, und also auch durch das o.g. Rohr fliesst ? Bj 1975, DJet, 2,8.
