Hi. you call bing up your engine fitting shine almost like chrome, simply use steel sand paper (150) or fine one after use hard polish by rubbing firmly then clean up all dirts by cotton. redo that you will get a good result, also on alloy parts such as air condition pipes

Hi there,

@ saleem: great pictures, very good job.

I will try a new method provided by mister-ice in Munich. They use a combination of CO2 and Oxygen. By cooling the dirt it becomes loose, so it can be blown away. A friend of mine tried it with his own oldtimer - the result was convincing. Its not very reasonable, though, but when I take a look at my engine (1989-300 SL) its probably worth it. After that, I will finish the rest like saleem.
Ill keep you informed.

Greetings from Frankfurt,

--Micha--

ps: www.mister-ice.de --> no - Im not on their payroll
