Bin ja noch neu im Forum und hab bisschen gestöbert
eine frage zur ke jetronic
Bei Zündung an liegt da schon Spannung primär an der zündspule oder erst beim startvorgang

Hallo Gerd,

erst beim Starten, denn Dein ZSG vom Typ TSZ-8 hat sowieso eine Ruhestromabschaltung.

Danke Volker
Frage deshalb da er mir letzten Jahre zweimal schlagartig ausging
Messung ergab kein zündfunke
Und keine Spannung primär

Kurze Zeit später dann alles normal

In welche Richtung sollte ich denken?

Hallo Gerd,

okay beim Anlassen müsste ein Funke kommen. Wenn keiner kommt, kann es liegen an:
  • Segmentgeber für Position Kurbelwelle
  • Zündschaltgerät - die sterben gerne den Hitzetod
  • Zündspule
  • Leitungen und Zündleitungen
  • Zündverteilerkappe
  • total falsche Nachführung des Fingers im Zündverteiler - der wird bei OT auf die Markierung gestellt

Hat einer die Ersatzteilnummern von der zündspule und dem Zündschaltgerät
Zufällig greifbar, bevor ich was falsches bestelle?

Hallo Gerd,

und den Preis des Zündschaltgeräts willst Du gar nicht wissen. Du solltest mal den Plausibilitätstest der Teile machen. Also kommt was vom Segmentgeber, dann vom ZSG zur Zündspule, dann Zündkerze an Leitung von Zündspule an Verteiler anhalten. So weißt Du, wo der Fehler liegt.

Primär zündspule 4 Ohm
Sec 8kiloohm
Zündkabel alle durch gemessen

Wie mess ich zsg zur zündspule?

wenn die Leitung von Kl. 16 des ZSG an Kl. 1 der Zündspule keinen Durchgang hat, hast Du doch Deinen Fehler gefunden.

Hallo Gerd,

ich habe das als offen interpretiert. Wenn also Widerstand 0 Ohm, dann scheinen die Leitungen in Ordnung. Dann bleibt Dir noch die Messung, ob eine Zündkerze an der Leitung von Zündspule an Verteiler zündet. Du hast schon mal nachgesehen, dass Dein Verteiler innen nicht nass ist?
