Benzin verbrauch

I would have thought that my 1981 280 slc would get between 20 and 25 miles per gallon, but it is only getting 15. I think that this figure equates to about 15L/100km. Im also trying to improve my written German, so please let me know about my mistakes!

The 280SL/SLC with the M110-Machine needs before 1980 over 15l/100km. After 1980 throttle cutoff was built in and the machine needs between 10 and 14 l/100km.

5 Gang 9 bis 16 und
Automatic 12 bis 34 und im Schnitt über 30.000 km 17,6 Liter auf 100km....

14 to 19 l per 100km are quite normal
