500 se cylinder head in 500 sl was created by kris
Sorry for this question in english, but I dont write german (I do understand it anyway).
I have a 82 500 sl, but the cylinder heads are missing. Can I replace them with the cylinder heads from a W126 500 se (I do have this engine, which is in running condition) or should I replace the whole engine?
regards
kris
ps: answers in german are welcome !

Hello Kris
The engines are absolutely the sames. Only the oil pan is a little bit different. Its no problem to change the cylinder heads from one engine to the other.
