Ich hatte das auch nicht direkt als Lösung für Deinen sondern für den E-Type angedacht.

Und wenn die Kiste geklaut ist, ist sie weg. Da würde ich mir keine Sorgen machen.

Eher darüber eine Versicherung zu finden die so einen E-Umbau Teil/Vollkasko versichert.
