Discount parts.

As you can see from the link, www.oediscountparts.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=215242 their are Benz dealers in the U.S. whose parts depts give 25-30% discounts on OEM parts.
Are there any in Germany (or Europe) who offer the same pricing?? Thanks
