Help sourcing a clutch pedal #A1072902216

As the title states, I am looking for a clutch pedal to fit my R107 500 SL. Unfortunately, I am hitting a significant roadblock. I have tried multiple sources to order a clutch pedal (A1072902216 or equivalent) but have come up empty. It does not appear to be available new any more. I have not had success locating a used manual set-up either for the R107 or W116 which share the same configuration. Any chance someone on the forum has a pedal or complete pedal assembly they are willing to sell? Thanks in advance for any leads. best regards, Stephen Nemeth

Hi Julius, yes, I tried this and several other vendors on eBay, but they have all come back indicating they can not provide the part. At this point, I am hoping someone on the forum has a used one I can purchase.

Thanks Hans-Jurgen! I am now trying to find someone who can forward these to Canada since neither seller ships to NA. I missed finding these since my search had been by specific part # and not a more generic designation. Lesson learned until I forget it!

Just to bring the story to a conclusion, Hans-Jurgen was kind enough to provide a couple of links to used pedal assemblies that were for sale on eBay in Germany (only local shipping or pick-up). I was able to purchase one and find a local contact who was able to undertake the international shipping. Thanks everyone, I will have the parts by the end of next week and can start my conversion.
