M116 Flexplate to crankshaft bolt 116 032 02 71 replaced by 116 032 06 71

Greetings!
Both Mercedes and various parts supply houses show the bolt 116 032 02 71 to be replaced by 116 032 06 71.  The original bolt is a "necked down" type, with a grade of 12.9. The replacement bolt is a fully threaded bolt with a grade of 10.9.

The original tightening spec is 30-40Nm pre-torque, followed by 90 to 100 degree rotation. I have not been able to find out if there is a revised tightening spec for the new bolt, I have asked Mercedes but was told by the Classic Center that they don't know and all of the old service bulletins are gone (I don't believe this). I cannot believe that the new bolt can be tightened the same as the original one given the differences between them and the application.

Has anyone encountered this already?
