Tach Gemeinde,

Problem bei meiner 350SL Bj 73 / D-Jet:

Wenn ich ab 3,000 Umin vom Gas gehe, furzt die alte Dame sehr. Ich bilde mir ein, dass sich dieses Phaenomaen erst seit der Montage meines Edelstahlauspuffs entwickelt hat.

Kann es sein, dass die Auspuffanlage irgendwo Luft zieht, vielleicht an den Kruemmern??

Da stimmt halt der Gegendruck nicht im System, die Zubehörteile sind innen halt häufig wesentlich einfacher und leichter ausgeführt, hatte das selbe Problem bei mir an der Pagode .

Hallo Paul,

würde mich den Vorrednern anschließen was den Gegendruck anbelangt.

Das einzige, was noch sein könnte: Der Zündverteiler könnte ein Problem mit der Fliehkraftregelung haben und der Zündzeitpunkt zu früh stehen. Wenn Dein Verdacht dahin geht, solltest Du das mal kontrollieren. Also mit Stroboskop bei Leerlauf, 1500/min und 3000/min abblitzen.

Es gibt aber keinen Grund, warum das genau mit dem Auspuffwechsel auftreten sollte.

Vielen Dank, Jungs.

Ich haette vielleicht hinzufuegen sollen, dass die Auspuffanlage vom Meister Sobkowiak gebaut wurde. Ich dachte, das waere schon eine ordentliche Ausfuehrung.

Kann man was unternehmen, um diesen Gegendruck wieder herzustellen? Das Thema Gegendruck habe ich auch nicht ganz verstanden. Wie kommt er zustande?

Hallo Paul,

magelnder Gegendruck (Strömungswiderstand) kann also sehr wohl durch eine Undichtigkeit kommen. Halte mal hinte zu, ob der Auspuff irgendwo abbläst.

Das Patschen beim Gaswegnehmen ist typisch wenn der Auspuff zu wenig Staudruck hat, kenne ich auch von der Harley eines Freundes, der hat ausgeräumte Töppe dran, ob man nachträglich daran was ändern kann bin ich überfragt, ich würde einfach mal bei Sobkowiak anrufen .

Was soll der Sobkowiak sagen? Ich hab einen schlechten Auspuff gebaut?

Ich würde zunächst die Dichtigkeit des Abgasstrangs prüfen (Am Ende zuhalten und auf Abblasgeräusche achten)
Wenn alles perfekt ist oder auch nciht, könnte eine neue Einstellung des Gemischs und der Zündung Sinn machen, Insbesondere wenn zuvor mit einer möglicherweise verrosteten und innen zerfallenen Abgasanlage eingestellt wurde, die mehr Strömungswiderstand leistete.

Paul, hast Du etwas finden können oder den Mangel beheben können? Berichte doch mal. Wir sind nicht nur an den Fehlern interessiert, sondern auch an den erfolgreichen bzw. vorgenommenen Behebungen.
