Hi,
Mercedes-Benz launched the 107 series on 107th day of 1971 - i.e. exactly 50 years ago on April 14th 1971 on Hockenheimring in Germany with a 350 SL. So today is its 50th annversary!
So let us collect links to press releases, articles and whatever you can find here. I attached the official English press release by Daimler AG here .
And before you ask: Of course we are still excitedly waiting for the new date of Hockenheim Historic which we expect to be postponed to fall 2021. We will all celebrate there! You cannot miss that event, we will publish the new date as soon as we hear from Hockenheimring and start registration here for 107 cars of series 107.
